Sims 4 expansion packs ranked
Of course there will be hordes of brand new expansions once the game releases, but we have no idea when this will be! Well, based on how well certain expansions have done in the past in comparison to others, we can assume that some of the successful ones will make it in some form!īased on their popularity, the list of expansions most likely to be in the upcoming instalment is: IN THE DARK: We haven’t heard anything in recent months on the upcoming sim… Out of stuff packs, Vintage Glamour (wonderful if you love Art Deco and “bougie” decor), Kids Stuff, and Moschino are my faves. For years now, Simmers have been asking for more fun and engaging activities to do in expansions. Out of game packs Dine Out and Jungle Adventure are my faves. They’re boring to me, but I love Brindleton Bay. I could watch my sim swim around in the gorgeous water for several minutes though. I love the Build Mode and CAS items and Sulani is gorgeous, but it doesn’t really add much gameplay. I put my sims kids and their friends in a club and just make them do chores around the house. My feelings on Get Together are weird! Windenburg is my favorite world and I LOVE the build mode items, but the main feature (the clubs) are kind of lackluster. Magnolia Promenade (the world that comes with it) is just another Willow Creek/Newcrest.ĥ. Get to Work is ok if you want to open a business. If my sim is cooking and needs a fruit or veggie for ingredients they can usually just run down to one of the kiosks/bodegas and grab one or if they don’t feel like cooking at all, grab a meal.Ĥ. I like the second because it gives you something to work towards and I like the Build Mode and CAS items.ģ. They look like they threw that shit together at the last minute lol It looks like someone xeroxed a picture of some balls and slapped it into the game.ĭepends on what you’re looking for. The Toddler Stuff pack in particular is poorly put together. The other stuff packs should have honestly come with the base game. Moschino Stuff - A lot os my Sims are artistic/creative and that was one of the main reasons why I bough this one.Kids Room Stuff - A cool addition if you have children in your game. It's a part of their chores and works great with the "Parenthood" pack. I love the items is build/buy mode.) It also gives the kids something to do. My Sims' maid caught fire when she loaded it with clothes lol. Laundry Day Stuff (Just remember to clean the lint tray in the dryer.Jungle Adventure (Again, this is more of a destination/vacation spot for my sims).Outdoor Retreat (I mainly use this for vacations for my family). It's great for generating extra income, and Chez Llama is really beautiful. Dine Out - My Vampire sim has a curio/occult shop that I created using this pack.Spa Day (I love the yoga mat and other features. You can set curfews for them, and give them advice that shapes them as they get older Parenthood - If you play with children/families, this is a great pack."Get Famous," and "Get to Work," are so-so to me even though I do incorporate them into my gameplay. "Island Living" was huge letdown for me, but the world is gorgeous. "Seasons," "Cats & Dogs," "City Living," and "Get Together" are my favorites.
